A summer company party that doesn't stop at the grill

In a garden, on a terrace or by the water, the hard part is stopping guests from spending the whole evening at one table. These activities get people moving — and produce a full summer content pack along the way.

What we recommend for this event

Every one of these is from our own inventory, available to rent with staff.

360 Spinner — June–August, outdoors

360 Spinner

Sunset, outdoor lights, a spinning camera — in summer this produces the best video, because natural light does the cinematic work for you.

Glambot — June–August, outdoors

Glambot

Slow-motion footage of the garden-party mood. One evening produces enough content for months of internal comms.

AI photo booth — June–August, outdoors

AI photo booth

Summer styles: beach, retro holiday, festival portrait. It works outdoors as long as it gets a shaded spot.

Prinker — June–August, outdoors

Prinker

Temporary tattoos in short-sleeve season — visible, photogenic, and the queue moves quickly.

Splash Wars — June–August, outdoors

Splash Wars

A water-based skill game for the hottest part of the day. Spectators enjoy it as much as the players.

Hurricane Wind Tunnel — June–August, outdoors

Hurricane Wind Tunnel

A loud attraction that runs outdoors and pulls a crowd in from the far edge of the site.

Dronie — June–August, outdoors

Dronie

A group shot from above at an outdoor venue. At a summer company party it's the best closing image of the night.

Football Drills — June–August, outdoors

Football Drills

An outdoor corner colleagues keep coming back to all evening to beat their score.

Marble Race — June–August, outdoors

Marble Race

A calmer, sociable game for the shade — a good counterpoint to the high-energy stations.

Outdoors: shade, power, wind

In summer three things decide everything. Screens and printers need shade, because direct sun ruins both the image and the hardware. Power usually comes from the venue, though we work with generators too. And in wind, securing lightweight items (photo walls, marquees) isn't optional.

Sunset is the best slot

Schedule the content stations (Glambot, 360, drone) for the hour before sunset. The light is at its best and guests have loosened up — together that produces the strongest material of the night.

And if food is on the list…

Custom concepts we'd build for this

These aren't off-the-shelf rentals but concepts: if one appeals, we'll talk through the build and the lead time.

Custom concept

Summer Passport

Guests collect digital stamps at each station with their phone. A full passport = a prize or an entry into the draw. On a big outdoor site it spreads the crowd and gets people to every corner.

Custom concept

Sunset Content Hour

A content block concentrated into the hour before sunset: Glambot, 360 and drone shots in one place, under one visual identity. One hour gives you the visuals for the whole summer campaign.

Example combinations

Starting points. We adapt any of them to your headcount, venue and budget — pricing always comes in a tailored quote.

Summer Starter

For a garden party, 40-120 guests: one photo experience, one quick station, cold drinks.

Content Edition

When content is the goal: video, slow motion and aerials in one block.

Not sure which one to pick?

Tell it your headcount, venue and vibe, and Gifie Match will put a concrete shortlist together — it already knows which event type you're on.

Frequently asked questions

What if it hits 35°C?
We move electronics into shade or under a marquee, and schedule so the water and cold-drink stations lead during the two hottest hours.
Do we need power at an outdoor venue?
Yes, most activities need standard 230 V. If the site has none we bring a generator — flag it early, as it affects the price.
Does drone filming need a permit?
It depends on the location. Before running Dronie we check airspace restrictions and handle the clearance where needed.
